This page explains what data SwornCrew collects and why.

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, display name, email, password (hashed), preferred language.
• Submission data: the proof you upload (images, videos, links, text) and its review history.
• Usage data: points, submission timestamps, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

• To run the challenge → proof → review → points loop.
• To send an AI-assisted moderation request for each submission (your proof text/URL, and image proofs where relevant, are shared with our AI provider solely to generate a review proposal).
• To keep the leaderboard and your profile accurate.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

3. Who we share it with

• Our AI moderation provider, to generate approve/reject proposals for submissions.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers necessary to run the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage and retention

Proof files are stored on our configured storage backend. We keep account and submission data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and security purposes.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, subject to legal exceptions (for example, we keep the points ledger append-only for integrity). Contact us via the details on our homepage to make a request.

6. Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and to remember your language preference. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
