Welcome to SwornCrew. By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. What SwornCrew is

SwornCrew is a challenge community: you complete challenges, submit proof, and earn points that place you on a public leaderboard. There is no merch, no payments, and no user-created challenges in this version of the app — challenges are curated by the SwornCrew team.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to legally agree to these terms in your country of residence.

3. Submitting proof

When you submit proof for a challenge (photo, video, link, or text), you confirm that:

• it's genuinely yours and accurately represents what you did;
• it doesn't contain illegal, NSFW, or otherwise harmful content;
• you have the rights to share it with us.

4. AI-assisted review

Submissions are pre-screened by an AI assistant, which proposes an approve/reject verdict with a reason. The AI never has the final word — a human admin always confirms or overrides the proposal before points are awarded. If the AI service is unavailable, your submission stays pending until an admin reviews it manually.

5. Points and leaderboard

Points are awarded only after admin approval and are tracked in an append-only ledger. We may adjust points manually to correct errors or abuse. Rankings are recalculated whenever a submission is approved or reverted.

6. Prohibited conduct

Don't submit fake, stolen, or harmful proof; don't attempt to game the leaderboard; don't abuse, harass, or spam other members.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Challenges involving physical activity are undertaken at your own risk — use common sense and don't do anything dangerous just to score points.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
